Monthly Newsletter

May is in the air!

Well it’s the eve before May Day so I better get my newsletter done. April proved to be a busy month and May will be even busier.

Right now I’m gearing up for the release of Chasm, my Adult Suspense novel. It is going to be released into the world in just 5 days, Thursday, May 5th. I have another release party planned with all the fixins’ to make it a fun night…a slew of fine authors will be here, playing games, chatting, and giving away lots of fine prizes. I myself have 4 prizes that I will be giving away. #1 is the Rafflecopter which is going on now. Here is the link for that: #2 prize is a free EBook of Everlasting. #3 prize is an EBook of Chasm, and the #4 prize is a basket full of goodies from anything to chocolates, to coffee, to candles.

Chasm is based on a true story of a train engineer who hits and kills his wife and children on the train he is driving. He goes insane, losing his mind. I can’t say too much more for fear of giving away too many spoilers.

But here is a blurb for Chasm:

What happens when you’re in love with your children’s abductor?

Taylor Vine thinks she can fight off the demons of her past when she moves back home to Estill Springs, Tennessee, but it doesn’t take long to see that things aren’t quite that easy. The bumps she hears in the night soon escalate, keeping her up at nights, and it isn’t long before her most precious possessions, her children, get abducted. She finds herself in a race against time to try to find them before it’s too late. One wrong move and the outcome could be disastrous.

Don’t miss out on this awesome party and a chance to win this heart wrenching book. Here is the link to the party:

Everlasting was number 1 on Kobo for 2 weeks straight in April. I was beyond excited to see that!! If you haven’t read Everlasting yet, here are the buy links for it:

Barnes & Noble:

I have finished up with the 2nd book in the Everlasting Trilogy. This book is called The Decision and is now in the editing stages. I’m hoping this book will be released sometime in the late fall or early winter.

Well, that about wraps it up for me and the newsletter. I will post more about the party as it gets closer and also the buy links for Chasm. Have a Happy Mother’s Day! It’s just around the corner!!

Best, L.K. Kuhl

April newsletter:

Happy April!

Hi guys and Happy April! Spring is supposed to be here but it sure doesn’t feel like it here in Nebraska today. Brrr, it’s cold and windy! This month I’ll be busy getting ready for my new release on May 5th.

This new release is called Chasm, and it is an Adult Suspense novel based on true story (although it is still fiction) about a man that goes insane after hitting and killing his wife and kids on a train that he is driving. This story shows the horrific things he goes through and the attachment he feels for a lady and her children. He begins to think they are his family.
Chasm is a very emotional story about loss and how it affects people, but also how they can begin to recover, through the help and caring of other people.

I am also participating in a huge Facebook party on April 10 and April 16 in the evenings of both nights. I will be playing fun trivia games and fun facts about love and paranormal (ghosts) and giving away some free Ebooks for Everlasting. There will be a ton of authors talking about their books. I will post the link to the party as soon as I get it so you can join in.
Other authors will have lots of free prizes too so you don’t want to miss out!!

I will be starting a new rafflecopter with an Amazon gift card giveaway on the release of Chasm so stay tuned for that!!

Thanks guys and Happy April!!

March Winds!

Happy March Everyone!

Are you ready to hold on to your hats? March has a habit of whisking in high winds and I think here in Nebraska it is expected to be that way today.

This month will see me hopefully finishing up “The One,” the 2nd book in The Everlasting Trilogy. I’m hoping by mid-March to wrap it up so I can begin the editing process and get it submitted for publication.

I will be hosting 4 awesome authors on my web blog this month as well, with possibly more added to it.
On March 3rd will be Author Danielle Devor with her novel, Sorrows Point.

February Newsletter

Hi everyone and happy February! The month of love and mushy gushy stuff has finally arrived. This is the month of first loves, chocolate and kisses stole behind the barn.

My first novel, Everlasting will be released on the 18th of this month!! I’m super duper excited!! You can now follow it on Goodreads at:

Everlasting (Everlasting Trilogy #1)

Everlasting is a YA romance novel about first loves, first kisses and first losses. Sophia has never before felt the kind of love she feels with Tate and doesn’t ever want it to end. But, alas, everyone knows first loves never last when your new school year is right around the corner, the man of your dreams is heading off to college, and you’re miles and miles apart from each other. Or can they?

Sophia would do anything to stay with Tate. Even if she had to die for him. And sometimes, dying is your only choice.

This month is full of firsts for me as well as it is for Sophia. I’m releasing my first book, having my first release party at: and having my first book blitz at:  Come join in on both of these to get entered to win great prizes and listen to 8 great authors. We will be giving away Books, Jewelry, and Amazon Gift Cards!

Well, this wraps it up for me today. I’ll keep everyone updated on the parties and the buy links for Everlasting!

Happy February Everyone! Hope you gets lots of chocolate and lots of kisses!

Upcoming Release Party for “Everlasting”

Hello fellow readers,

Dying isn’t a choice. For Sophia, it is a need.

January has been a busy month of scurrying around trying to get ready for the release date of my debut novel, Everlasting. I got news that February 18th would be the day that the love story of Tate and Sophia will be released into the world. It will be available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kobo and iTunes. I will post the links at a later date.

The news of release day came around the first of January and ever since then it has been a whirlwind of scurrying around getting ready for the party, checking with authors and talking to them about doing author takeovers on the evening of the party, and seeing if I could get authors to spotlight me on their blogs.

I’ve had wonderful results.Everyone has been so generous and willing to help, offering their time to help me send Everlasting out into the world.

The beautiful cover came the first of this week. I was stunned to see Sophia’s beauty and the frozen roses that hold so much significance  for her and Tate.

So, as I hustle around to get things ready, know that this release party will be a great one, full of awesome authors and marvelous giveaways. So stay tuned for the next newsletter at the beginning of February and I will give you a list of the authors and the prizes!!

Stay warm and keep thinking spring,

Sincerely, L.K. Kuhl
